聚氯乙烯绝缘聚氯乙烯护套控制电缆

本电缆参照采用IEC502-1983标准生产，电缆固定敷设在额定电压0.6/1kv及以下的输配电线中。电缆导体长期最高工作温度不超过70℃。
短路时（最长持续时间不超过5秒）电缆导体的最高温度就不超过160℃。敷设电缆时的环境温度应不低于0℃，其最小弯曲半径不小于电缆外径的10倍，电缆落差不受限制。

PVC insulated and sheathed Power Cables are manufactured in accordance with the Standard IEC502-1983.These cables are used for the power transmission and distribution circuits rated voltage up to and including 0.6/1kv for fixed installation.
The maximum permissible continous operating temperature of the conductor shall not exceed 160℃.
The maximum rated conductor temperature at short-circuit (5 S maximum duration )installation temperature,Ambient temperature shall not lower than 0℃.
Bending radius of cable shall mot smaller than 10 times of its external diamerter.
It is not restricted by the differece of level along the route during installation.

电缆电阻要求

技术要求

1. 单芯电缆线芯为圆形线芯，多芯电缆线芯截面25mm^{2以下为圆形线芯，（不包括25mm2）25mm2及以上为扇形线芯或半圆形。}
2. 成品电缆导电线芯直流电阻符合上表规定
3. 成品电缆在室温下能承受交流50Hz、3.5kv电压，5min时间的交流电压试验，单芯无铠装电缆在浸水中（室温）1小时后同上规定试验。当加直流电压时，所加的电压应为工频试验电压的2.4倍。
4. 将剥去外护套的绝缘线芯4-5mm试样，在室温水中至少浸1小时，然后在导体与水间施加1.5kv的工频电压，电压逐渐升高并连续保持4小时，绝缘不应击穿。
